The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrect due to our error)
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned outside the stated return window

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

If an exchange is due to our error, we will cover replacement shipping costs.

  • Orders for non-personalized items may be canceled before shipping.
  • Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package

We may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect:
